We have a long history of producing high quality videos for nonprofits across the country and this year it has been our pleasure to add to our list of partners that are doing good for others, Volunteers of America. They first sought us out in June to produce a video about a home remodeling volunteer effort they were doing in collaboration with the Home Depot Foundation. The home belonged to Emmitt, a Korean War Veteran, and it was in dire need of updates to it’s aging structure as well as to accommodate and aid his decreasing mobility. Emmitt was a hoot. You may view the final video here.

We enjoyed that opportunity to work with VOA so we were delighted when they called us again this month to produce a video for another volunteer event they were hosting in Denver, this one in collaboration with Niagara Bottling, which has a new presence in the Denver area. Volunteers from both nonprofit organizations banded together to assemble 5,280 gift baskets (and which corresponds with Denver’s official altitude) for elderly neighbors. Once again we were pleased to be able to contribute to such a great cause and bring more attention to community efforts like these with our nonprofit video production services.

Our contact with VOA has been very appreciative of our work and left this kind review for us on Google today:

“Doug at Z-Channel Films has captured the spirit of Volunteers of America’s events with unmatched professionalism, enthusiasm, and acute attention to detail. His admirable, incredible expertise coupled with his kind personality make working with Doug an absolute pleasure. We know we can trust him with capturing a masterful representation of our organization and its mission time and again. It is a joy to know and work with him.”
